Delete your account

You can delete your Moi Liki account at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

Open the Profile tab (Профіль).
Tap Delete account (Видалити акаунт).
Type the confirmation word ВИДАЛИТИ (“delete”) and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately.

Without access to the app

Email support@moiliki.app with the subject “Delete my account” from the address linked to your account. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, include that address (it ends in @privaterelay.appleid.com; you can find it in your Apple ID settings under “Sign in with Apple”). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

your email and linked Apple and Google sign-ins (we also ask Apple to revoke the app’s access);
all synced medicines, cabinets, dosing schedules and dose history;
your data in backups, within 30 days.

When you delete the account in the app, the data is erased from that phone too. Deletion cannot be undone.

What stays

Public reference data, such as the medicine catalogue and the list of banned batches, is not linked to you and is not deleted. If you delete your account by email, the data on your phone stays until you delete the app.
