Terms of Use

This is not medical advice
Moi Liki is an informational tool for keeping track of your home medicine cabinet. The app does not diagnose, prescribe treatment or replace advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Talk to a doctor before you start, change or stop taking a medicine. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (103 in Ukraine, 112 in the EU).
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your use of the Moi Liki app and the moiliki.app website. They are offered by Artem Shelepun (individual), the developer of the app. By installing or using the app, you accept these terms. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Data from public sources
The app takes its medicine catalogue, patient leaflets and list of banned batches from open Ukrainian government sources: the State Register of Medicinal Products of Ukraine and data of the State Service of Ukraine on Medicines and Drugs Control. We show them “as is” and do not guarantee that they are complete, accurate or current at every moment: official data is published with a delay, and text recognition and batch matching can make mistakes. When it matters, check the official source or ask a pharmacist.
If the app finds no match with a banned batch, that does not guarantee your medicine is safe.
3. Reminders
Dose and expiry reminders depend on your phone’s settings: notification permission, Do Not Disturb, battery. Do not rely on them as the only way to avoid missing an important dose.
4. Paid features
There are no paid features at the moment. Subscription terms will appear here before a subscription launches.
5. External links
The app and the website link to third-party resources, such as the State Register website or Telegram. We are not the seller, do not control their content, prices or terms, and are not responsible for them.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app or the server to break the law, interfere with the service, get around rate limits or bulk-download data. We may restrict access for an account that does.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”, free of charge, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for harm resulting from decisions made on the basis of the app’s data, missed reminders or lost data. These terms do not limit the rights consumer protection law gives you.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. If you live in the EU, you keep the mandatory rights the law of your country gives you.
9. App Store licence
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will tell you in advance about significant changes.
